Research Services

Can’t Join a Trip But Need Our Expertise?

Ann and Margo are available for consultations and on-site research at various research facilities including the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah; the Allen County, Public Library in Fort Wayne, Indiana; the National Archives, DAR Library, and Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. These services are provided on a per-hour basis.

Their consultation services include a review and analysis of the research already accomplished on your problem. They will then develop a research plan, which can be as simple as emailed suggestions of records and/or repositories to review or as detailed as a page by page written plan outlining specific documents to locate and review, and the research facilities where the documents might be located.

If you are not interested in performing the research yourself, then Ann and Margo’s on-site research service may be just what you need. This service also starts with a review and analysis of any research already done on your problem. You will then be sent a letter of agreement estimating the amount of time needed to research in the records that might hold the solution to your problem.
